In this session, participants will learn to use famous works of art as authentic resources in the classroom, and subsequently strengthen students' cultural, linguistic and visual literacy. They will also receive a list of resources for creating art-based lesson plans and supplementing their own knowledge of art. This program will focus primarily on French Impressionism, but lessons may, of course, be adapted for other languages and artistic genres.
